How to get calibration service

Please contact your local Konica Minolta office or partner if you consider calibration service to be important for you - what you should do to get most reliable measurement results. They can provide all details such as availability of service contracts, turnaround times, shipping address etc to you.

Important note!
If you send your instrument for calibration, please do not forget to send important accessory such as white calibration plate, AC adapter and serial cable, as these accessories will enable our service facilities to check the instruments like you use them. Especially the white calibration plate is one important part of a complete measurement system. If the white calibration plate is not calibrated, all readings of the complete system may be wrong!

Service contracts
Service contracts are ensuring a regular inspection and calibration of the measuring instrument and also you will benefit from a better price than single calibrations. Contracts are different at each location, there is range of calibration, loan units and full service.

On-site service
Especially for benchtop spectrophotometers Konica Minolta offers on-site service because of the relatively large size of these instruments. For on-site service, a technician will visit your office and do the inspection. As the environment cannot be controlled as much as in Konica Minolta's service facility, for on-site service we use slightly different tolerances. However, to keep these differences as small as possible, Konica Minolta developed a special system for temperature error compensation.
